Tier 8 — Reports

The Reports Section

The Reports section holds fourteen pages: three dashboards that summarise, and eleven reports that answer one question each. This page says what each one is for, so you can go straight to the right one.

Applies to: the Professional plan. Every page in this section needs the erp:finance:reports:view permission, except the two people reports, which need erp:hr:timesheets:view and are on every plan. On a lower plan the finance pages load and offer an upgrade in place of the figures.

Moving between reports

Every page in this section carries a Change Report button in its header. It lists all twelve sidebar entries plus Gateway Fees, which has no sidebar entry of its own. Selecting one reloads straight into it, so you do not have to go back to the sidebar between reports.

The three dashboards

  • Financial Dashboard — revenue, receivables and payables, ending in a list of invoices to chase. See the Financial Dashboard.
  • Customer Dashboard — who your customers are and what they're worth. Top customers by revenue and by job volume, revenue concentration, new customers per month, and who owes you money.
  • Sales Dashboard — pipeline and the work ahead. Invoiced revenue over twelve months, the job-to-cash funnel, open leads by stage, top services, and the next scheduled jobs.

Getting paid

  • Aged Receivables — outstanding customer invoices grouped by how overdue they are. You can generate a customer statement from here.
  • Aged Payables — outstanding supplier bills by the same ageing periods, so you can decide what to pay first.
  • Payment Behaviour — how quickly invoices actually get paid, and which customers are drifting slower than they used to.
  • Billing Reconciliation — completed work with no matching invoice, jobs stuck past their scheduled date, and draft invoices going stale. See Billing Reconciliation.

Where the work is going

  • Revenue Mix & Pipeline — recurring baseline against one-off spikes, plus the scheduled forward workload.
  • Recurring Services Health — whether your recurring job series are keeping to their cadence, and the revenue lapsing where they are not.
  • Client Retention — client activity, how concentrated your revenue is, and which clients are drifting toward churn.
  • Cancellation Analytics — where scheduled work falls through, broken down by month, weekday, crew and customer.
  • Crew Throughput — delivery volume and reliability by crew and by individual team member.

People

  • Employee Utilisation — how much of each person's available time was worked, and how much of it was billable.
  • Timesheet Submission — who submitted which week's timesheet, whether it was on time, and what is still missing.

Both are covered in Employee Utilisation & Timesheet Submission.

What is not here

AxiomBlue does not produce a Profit & Loss statement, a Balance Sheet, a Trial Balance or a Cashflow Statement, and there is no general ledger behind them. For statutory accounts, export your data or work from your accounting integration.
