Welcome to AxiomBlue
AxiomBlue is a business management platform for Australian trade and service businesses. It holds your leads, quotes, jobs, crews, invoices, stock and people in one portal, so a customer record follows the work from first enquiry through to payment.
What AxiomBlue does
AxiomBlue replaces the spreadsheets and separate apps most growing businesses run on. These are the areas you'll spend most of your time in:
Applies to: AxiomBlue runs on three plans — Free, Basic and Professional. Three things decide what you see in the portal: your plan, the permissions your administrator granted you, and the Trade Types set for your business. A feature outside your plan shows a padlock and takes you to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
Who it's for
AxiomBlue suits Australian businesses that run field work alongside their money. Typical users include:
- Electrical, plumbing and HVAC contractors managing crews and job schedules
- Landscaping and maintenance companies with recurring service contracts
- Construction and fit-out firms tracking materials and job progress
- IT services and consulting firms billing time and running projects
- Any service business that quotes work, schedules it and invoices for it
How this documentation is organised
The tiers follow the order a new business works through them. Each one builds on the tier above it:
- Getting Started (you are here) — logging in, finding your way around, the dashboard
- Business Setup — business settings, permissions, users, customers, suppliers, employees, crews, products
- Quoting & Jobs — quotes, jobs, scheduling, time, materials, job completion
- Finance & Payments — invoices, payments, reminders, credit notes, bills, banking
- Sales & CRM — leads, pipeline, email templates, lead capture forms
- Advanced Operations — job series, purchase orders, inventory
- People & Leave — leave setup, requests and approvals
- Reports — billing reports and markup analysis
- Projects & Work Management — projects, tickets, boards, sprints, epics
- Automation & Workflows — triggers, actions and the workflow editor
Tip: Setting up for the first time? Read Getting Started and Business Setup in order, then jump to whichever tier matches the job in front of you. The Getting started checklist on your dashboard tracks the same ground.
