Sales Dashboard Overview
The Sales Dashboard puts invoiced revenue, the job-to-cash funnel, your open lead pipeline and the work coming up on one page. Open it when you want a weekly read on how sales are tracking.
Applies to: all plans. Requires the erp:finance:reports:view permission to appear in the sidebar. Each panel is also permission-checked on its own — you see the finance, operations and CRM panels you have access to, and nothing else.
Prerequisites: Understanding Your Dashboard
Opening the Sales Dashboard
Go to Reports > Sales Dashboard. It sits under Reports, not under Sales.
Two buttons sit in the page header:
- Refresh — reloads the figures.
- Change Report — jumps to any other dashboard or report without going back to the sidebar.
The figures across the top
The tiles cover the last twelve months of invoiced work:
- Sales (invoiced) — revenue you have actually invoiced. Quotes and unbilled jobs are not counted.
- Invoices — how many invoices make up that figure.
- Avg Invoice — average invoice value.
- Jobs Completed and Jobs Scheduled.
- Lead Win Rate — the share of leads that reached a Won stage.
A tile you cannot see is a tile your permissions exclude, not a tile with no data.
The panels
- Sales Over Time — invoiced revenue by month for the last twelve months.
- Job-to-Cash Funnel — counts at Scheduled, In Progress, Completed and Invoiced. A wide gap between Completed and Invoiced means finished work you have not billed.
- Lead Pipeline — open leads by stage, using the stage names and colours from your Lead Pipeline.
- Top Services — the items earning the most, taken from invoice line descriptions.
- Upcoming Scheduled Jobs — the next jobs booked in, soonest first, with customer, date, status and estimated value.
What you should see
A KPI row and up to five panels. Where a panel has nothing to show it says so rather than disappearing — an empty Lead Pipeline panel usually means no pipeline stages are set up yet.
Tip: read the Job-to-Cash Funnel first. Completed work that has not been invoiced is money already earned and easier to collect than a new sale.
The CRM-only view
A separate lead-focused overview lives at /app/crm/dashboard, with lead counts, conversion rate, pipeline value, your open tasks, recent leads and upcoming follow-ups. It has no sidebar entry — you reach it by typing the address, or through the CRM breadcrumb on the Tasks and Automations pages.
